I have spent 26 years in estate agency, from traditional high street agency and management to building the highly personal service I offer today. That experience has taught me that selling an exceptional home takes far more than putting it online and waiting. It takes accurate pricing, understanding buyer behaviour, exceptional presentation, strong negotiation and knowing what to do when a sale becomes complicated.
Our Story
I started my career at 18 in Wilmslow and spent years working across the Cheshire Golden Triangle. That experience gave me an early understanding of the higher-end property market, from distinctive period homes to individual executive properties that need more than standard marketing. In 2024, I created my own business so I could step away from the traditional office model and deliver estate agency my way, personally, creatively and with complete focus on each client.
Today I specialise in homes from around £750,000 upwards across Sandbach, Holmes Chapel, Knutsford, Alsager, Nantwich and the wider Cheshire area. Sellers work directly with me, supported by professional photography, video, drone, social media, strategic pricing, stone connections and considered negotiation.
Away from property, I’m a local mum, animal lover, cat owner and live music enthusiast.
